Rental service for ECG’s across North Asia sites

Background:

A global CRO approached Meditrade for rental service of ECG’s for several sites in 2 countries. Requirements included provision of ECG rental, ancillary products such as suction balls, clip, electrode patches, and ECG paper.

Challenge:

Local sourcing solution was preferred to ensure service levels throughout the study period, short ordering lead times and avoidance of importation.

Meditrade’s solution:

Meditrade approached established local suppliers/manufacturers of ECG in both countries and designed a plan for rental of the equipment with a minimum period of 18month with the option to extend beyond. Products were delivered to 5 sites and product information/ training was provided at the point of handover to site personnel.
